HOME / GOOD TO KNOW
Questions happen.
We’re here to help.
A few useful answers before you call. For a specific vehicle, estimate, or release question, talk to Pinky’s directly.
Are you available around the clock?
Yes. Pinky’s advertises towing and roadside service 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Call for current availability and an estimated arrival time. Storage-yard pickup hours are separate; arrange pickup before traveling.
What should I have ready when I call?
Your location and direction of travel, a callback number, the vehicle make and model, what happened, and where you would like the vehicle taken. Mention low clearance, all-wheel drive, an electric vehicle, or damage that prevents the wheels from moving.
How much will my tow cost?
The price depends on the vehicle, distance, access, and work required. Our rates page lists the existing website’s published non-agency, in-town light-duty prices. Ask for an estimate before authorizing service. Agency and storage charges may differ.
Can you help without towing my vehicle?
Pinky’s offers jump starts, tire changes, lockout assistance, and fuel delivery. Describe the issue when you call so we can help determine which service fits.
How do I retrieve a towed vehicle?
Call first to locate the vehicle and confirm release requirements, any agency hold, pickup arrangements, and an itemized total. Bring government-issued photo identification and acceptable proof of ownership or authority. See the vehicle-release guide for Arizona resources.
Can I collect my personal belongings?
Call to arrange access. For accident-storage situations covered by A.R.S. 28-4847, personal property can be removed during regular business hours without payment for that removal. Vehicle parts, equipment, and accessories are excluded.
